At CoE Mentoring, we welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are eager to learn and grow. Below are the criteria for applying as a mentee:


General Criteria:

1. Age Requirement:

   - Applicants must be at least 18 years old.


2. Educational Background:

   - Open to individuals with varying levels of education, from high school graduates to postgraduate degree holders.


3. Willingness to Learn:

   - A strong desire to learn new skills, expand knowledge, and seek personal or professional growth.


4. **Commitment:

   - Ability to commit to the mentoring program for a specified duration, including regular meetings and follow-up activities.


Specific Criteria for Fresh Mentees:

1. Recent Graduates:

   - Recent high school or college graduates seeking guidance on career paths, higher education options, or skill development.


2. Career Starters:

   - Individuals at the beginning of their careers looking for advice on job searching, resume building, and interview preparation.


3. Skill Development:

   - Willingness to engage in skill-building activities and courses recommended by mentors.


Specific Criteria for Experienced Mentees:

1. Work Experience:

   - Professionals with some work experience seeking to advance their careers, transition to new roles, or develop leadership skills.


2. Professional Development:

   - Open to receiving feedback and implementing strategies for career advancement and personal development.


3. Industry-Specific Guidance:

   - Looking for mentorship in specific industries or fields to gain deeper insights and specialized knowledge.


Additional Considerations:

   - Clear understanding of personal or professional goals they wish to achieve through the mentoring program.
